BI Studio is designed to be a user-friendly yet powerful tool that simplifies the management and analysis of parking data. It serves as a centralized hub where all data from various parking technologies is collected and presented in an accessible format.
The Overview Tab provides a high-level summary of key metrics and performance indicators across the entire parking operation and the ability to drill down into specific locations. It serves as a dashboard where users can quickly access and visualize important data points.
The Performance Metrics tab allows at a quick glance to see how yesterday’s transactions compared with the same day a week prior, a month prior, and a year prior.
The Parking Behaviors Tab focuses on the transactional aspects and behaviors of parkers. It provides detailed insights into when and how often people use the parking facilities.
The Collections Tab offers a deep dive into the purchase transactions aspects of the parking operation, focusing on revenue collection and performance.
The Occupancy by Purchased Time Tab provides estimates and visualizations of parking lot occupancy levels based on transaction data. It helps operators understand how full the parking facilities are at different times.
