A holistic snapshot of both transient and monthly parking performance, segmented by location, division, date range, and transaction channel. It supports operational, financial, and behavioral insights through interactive filters, KPI cards, tables, charts, and maps.
Parking Behaviors Tab
Helps users understand when, where, and how long customers park, while providing detailed duration metrics and transaction forecasts to support pricing strategies, staffing, capacity planning, and operational trend monitoring.
Collections Tab
A comprehensive view of collections performance across all parking locations-broken down by date, payment method, channel, time of day, and device-to support financial tracking, performance comparisons, and forecasting.
Occupancy Tab
Focuses on how many parking spaces are being purchased and used over time, helping evaluate capacity utilization, predict demand surges, and optimize inventory management by site.
Monthly Parking Overview Tab

| Collections | The gross collections received upon payment. Timing of individual transactions, taxes, and other fees may impact final monthly statement amounts. |
| Sessions/Transactions | A session is a single unbroken period of parking. If a customer extends a parking purchase through a mobile app the sessions will show through to the end of the extension. If a customer purchases an additional ticket to extend their parking this will show as 2 separate sessions. |

| Parking Meters | Physical parking machines which produce parking session tickets and gather payment. Generally T2 meters. |
